Female: The head is twice as wide as long and as wide as the thorax. Compound eyes are without hairs. The frons and cheeks have longitudinal grooves. The distance between the anterior ocellus and posterior ocellus is shorter than the distance between the posterior ocellus and the edge of the compound eye. Antennae are 12-segmented, clavate (club-shaped). The scape is 5.6 times longer than the radicle and 4 times longer than antennal segment 2. Antennal segment 3 is approximately twice as long as antennal segment 2. Antennal segment 4 is slightly longer than segment 3 and longer than segment 5. Antennal segment 6 is shorter than segment 5. Antennal segment 6 is almost twice as long as its width. The antennal club has 6 segments. Antennal segment 7 is longer than segment 8; segment 9 is slightly shorter than segment 8; segments 10 and 11 are only slightly shorter than segment 9. Antennal segment 12 is longer than segment 11.
The mesoscutum lacks a median groove. The forewing is longer than its width and three times wider than the thorax. The marginal vein of the forewing is 5 times longer than the stigmal vein; the postmarginal vein is completely reduced.
The abdomen is oval, with its width equal to that of the thorax. The first abdominal tergite is as long as the second tergite, and its width is 2.3 times its length. The second tergite is 3.5 times wider than long. The third abdominal tergite is larger than the others and wider than long. Longitudinal grooves are present on the first and second abdominal tergites.
The body is black. The legs and the first 4 antennal segments are yellow; the remaining antennal segments are dark brown.
