Female: Head width is twice its length and wider than the thorax. The vertex behind the ocelli and compound eyes is not sharply angled, lacking transverse ridges. The ocelli are positioned close to the compound eye margins, with the distance between them being less than the diameter of an ocellus. The postocular area is narrow, less than 1/4 the width of the compound eye. The frons above the antennal scrobes is not concave, exhibiting short, often indistinct transverse striations; the remaining frons is smooth and shiny. The area between the antennal scrobes and the compound eye margin is not protruding, possessing small granular striations near the compound eye margin. The compound eyes are oval, slightly longer than wide (15:11), and the distance between them is greater than their width. At 56x magnification, the compound eyes lack noticeable hairs. The antennae are 11-segmented and clavate (club-shaped). The scape is longer than its width, 5 times longer than the radicle, and 3 times longer than antennal segment 2. Antennal segment 2 is longer than segment 3. Segments 4-6 gradually become shorter, with segment 6 wider than long. The antennal clava (club) comprises 5 segments, and the total length of the club segments is approximately 3 times greater than their greatest width, and shorter than the scape.
The thorax is slightly longer than wide. The mesoscutum (mid-dorsal thoracic plate) lacks a longitudinal groove and has small granular striations, coarser than those on the vertex. The scutellum is almost smooth and shiny. The forewings are 2.5 times longer than wide; the postmarginal vein is approximately 1.6 times longer than the stigmal vein; the marginal vein is very short and small.
The abdomen is as long as wide, and its width is less than the width of the thorax. Abdominal tergite 1 is about 3 times wider than long. Its length is less than 2.5 times that of tergite 2. Tergite 2 is wider than long, and it nearly covers the posterior tergites. The ovipositor is not exposed. Longitudinal striations are present on tergite 1 and the anterior 1/4 of tergite 2; the remainder of tergite 2 is smooth and shiny.
Body is black. The antennal clava segments are black, while the remaining antennal segments and legs are yellowish-brown.
