Female: Head transverse, 2.3 times wider than long, wider than the thorax. Vertex behind the ocelli and the compound eye does not abruptly curve, lacking a transverse ridge. The ocelli are adjacent to the margin of the compound eye; the distance between them is less than the diameter of an ocellus. The post-ocular region is narrow, its width is not greater than 1/3 the width of the compound eye. The frons above the antennal sockets is slightly concave, without transverse striae, and somewhat shiny. The area between the antennal sockets and the margin of the compound eye is slightly convex, with small, fine granular sculpture. The compound eye is oval, longer than wide (17:13). At 56x magnification, the compound eye exhibits short, distinct hairs.
The distance between the compound eyes equals the width of the compound eye. The length of the gena is shorter than the length of the compound eye. The vertex and gena have small, fine granular sculpture. Antenna with 11 segments, clavate. The scape is 4 times longer than wide, 3 times longer than the radicle, and 2.5 times longer than antennal segment 2. Antennal segments 2 and 3 are equal in length, segments 4-6 gradually shorten. Segment 6 is nearly equal in length and width. The clava has 5 segments; the total length of the claval segments is 3.5 times greater than their greatest width, and longer than the scape.
The thorax is nearly as long as it is wide. The mesoscutum lacks a median groove and has small, fine granular sculpture. The scutellum is almost smooth. The wing is approximately 3 times longer than wide. The postmarginal vein is about 2.5 times longer than the stigmal vein, the stigmal vein is about 1.5 times longer than the marginal vein.
The abdomen is slightly narrower than the thorax, 1.5 times longer than wide. The first tergite of the abdomen is about 3 times wider than long, its length is 1/4 of the length of the second tergite. The second tergite is nearly as long as it is wide, and almost covers the following tergites; the ovipositor is not visible externally. The first tergite and the anterior 1/3 of the second tergite have longitudinal striations; the remaining part of the second tergite is smooth.
Body color is black. The scape and radicle are yellow, antennal segments 2-7 are yellowish-brown, and the remaining antennal segments are black. Legs are yellow. Wing veins are yellowish-brown.
