Male:

  • Head: Width 1.6 times greater than length. Posterior ocelli not abruptly angled. Temples broad, wider than the compound eye’s width. Distance between posterior ocelli and the compound eye margin is greater than the ocellus diameter. Frons not concave. Frons, vertex, temples, and gena with small, honeycomb-like reticulations. Temples posteriorly and frons with white, scattered hairs. Antennae filiform, 10-segmented. Scape 4 times longer than wide and 3 times longer than the second antennal segment. Third antennal segment longer than the second (10:8). Fourth antennal segment shorter than the fifth (7:8). Fifth antennal segment longer than wide (8:7). Sixth and seventh antennal segments as long as wide (6:6). Eighth antennal segment longer than wide (7:6), the ninth longer than wide (7:5). Tenth antennal segment 1.8 times longer than wide.

  • Thorax: Longer than wide, wider than the abdomen and narrower than the head. Mesoscutum without a median groove. Thoracic surface with small, honeycomb-like reticulations. Metanotum and propodeum with dense, short, white hairs. Forewings 3 times longer than wide and 2.7 times longer than the thorax’s width.

  • Abdomen: Long, 3 times longer than wide. First tergite wider than long by a factor of 1.5. Second tergite slightly longer than the first (22:20). Third tergite longer than the other abdominal tergites and wider than long (46:33). Fourth tergite approximately 1.5 times longer than the fifth. Fifth tergite about 2 times longer than the sixth (20:10). Sixth tergite 2.6 times wider than long. Tergites with longitudinal grooves and white hairs (except for the seventh). Seventh tergite with small, punctate reticulations. Body color is black. Mandibles, antennae, and legs are brown. Wings and wing veins are light brown. Stigmal vein is yellow.

Female: Undescribed.
