Description:
Female: Head width is 2.5 times greater than its length. The vertex behind the ocelli is not abruptly angled. The temples are broad, and their width is less than the width of the compound eyes. The frons is slightly concave in the middle, without transverse ridges. The posterior ocelli are small, located close to the compound eyes, with the distance between them less than the diameter of the ocellus. Compound eyes are normal; the distance between the two compound eyes equals the width of a single compound eye. The length of the compound eye is greater than its width (17:12). The length of the compound eye is greater than the length of the cheek. The cheek does not have a longitudinal groove. The head surface has small, uneven granular sculpturing. Antennae are 12-segmented, clavate.
The scape is 5 times longer than its width, 5 times longer than the radicle, and 3 times longer than the second antennal segment. Antennomeres 3 to 6 gradually shorten. Antennomere 6 is as long as it is wide. The antennal club has 6 segments; the total length of the club segments is 3.2 times greater than its width and longer than the scape. The length-to-width ratios of the club segments are as follows: 2:3; 3:4; 3:5; 2:5; 2:5; 4:3.
The mesosoma is as long as it is wide and as wide as the head. The median mesoscutum has two longitudinal grooves. The scutellum, metanotum, and propodeum are similar to Psilanteris circulus Kozlov et Le. The forewing and the wing venation ratios are also similar to this species.
The metasoma is 1.8 times longer than it is wide. The first tergite is slightly shorter than the second tergite (9:11). The greatest width of the first tergite is 2 times greater than its length. The second tergite is 2.3 times wider than it is long. The third tergite is about twice as long as the second tergite; the width of this tergite is greater than its length. Subsequent tergites are short and narrow. Longitudinal grooves are present on the first and second tergites, and the remaining tergites are almost smooth with scattered small dots.
The body is dark brown. The head and mesosoma are black. The ocelli and compound eyes are opaque white; the last 5 antennomeres are dark brown, and the remaining antennomeres are yellowish-brown. Legs are yellow.
Male unknown.
Size:
Body length: 1.4 mm. This species is closely related to Psilanteris circulus Kozlov et Le., but they are distinguished by the distance between the two compound eyes, the ratios of the antennomeres, and the ratios of the metasomal tergites.
