Description:
Female: Head directed anteriorly, 2.5 times wider than long, and wider than the thorax. Vertex without sharp ridges, frons not concave, almost smooth and shiny. Posterior ocelli situated close to the compound eye margins, with the distance between them less than the diameter of a single ocellus. Compound eyes oval, twice as long as wide; at 56x magnification, short hairs are visible.
Antennae 11-segmented, clavate (club-shaped). Scape (basal antennal segment) four times longer than wide, and 3.5 times longer than the second antennal segment. The second antennal segment longer and wider than subsequent segments (except the antennal club segments). Antennal club consisting of 5 segments, with the total length of the club exceeding the length of the scape. The greatest width of the antennal club greater than the greatest width of the scape.
Thorax flattened dorsoventrally, with the greatest width of the thorax 2.5 times greater than its height. Thoracic length and width are equal. Mesoscutum without a medial furrow, with small granular texture. Scutellum smooth and shiny. Forewings narrow, 3-4 times longer than wide. The postmarginal vein is twice as long as the stigmal vein. Hind wings narrow, with the longest fringe hairs equal to the greatest width of the wing.
Abdomen longer than the thorax, 1.6 times longer than wide. The first tergite (dorsal abdominal segment) is horizontal, the second tergite longer than wide. At the base of the first and second tergites, there are longitudinal veins, the remaining parts of which are smooth and shiny.
Body black. Antennae brown to dark brown. Legs yellow-brown to dark brown (except for the anterior coxae, which are yellow).
