Description:

Female: Head is transverse, with the width exceeding the length by 1.6 times, its width is less than the width of the thorax. Frons not concave, shiny in the middle, without transverse ridges or longitudinal furrows. Vertex with numerous small, granular wrinkles and interspersed small punctures, with scattered short hairs. Posterior ocelli distant from the compound eye margin, the distance between them greater than the diameter of a posterior ocellus and the anterior ocellus. Compound eyes small, oval, their length exceeds the width by 2 times, longer than the length of the gena. Compound eyes with numerous short hairs. Gena with numerous fan-shaped grooves. Antennae 12-segmented, clavate. Scape longer than wide by 4 times, about 3 times longer than the 2nd antennal segment. The 2nd antennal segment is longer than the 3rd, segments 4-6 gradually shortening. Clava 6-segmented, its length exceeds the width by 3.5 times and equals the length of the scape.

Thorax longer than wide. Posterior half of the mesoscutum with 2 longitudinal grooves. Scutellum round posteriorly and without spines. Metanotum plate-like. Metanotum concave in the middle, with small lobes on both sides. Mesoscutum, scutellum, and lateral plates of the thorax with small, granular wrinkles. Forewings with the length exceeding the width by approximately 3.6 times. Postmarginal vein of the forewing short, it is only 1/2 the length of the stigmal vein and equal in length to the marginal vein.

Abdomen longer than wide by 3 times. The 1st and 2nd tergites of the abdomen are equal in length. The 3rd tergite equals the length of the 4th and 5th tergites. The 1st tergite has a horn-like structure anteriorly. The 1st and 2nd tergites with numerous longitudinal wrinkles. The 3rd tergite with numerous longitudinal and transverse wrinkles forming a network, the remaining tergites with punctate wrinkles, with numerous short hairs.

Body black, head and tergites of the thorax black, abdomen and underside of the abdomen brown. Scape, mandibles, and wing veins brown. Legs yellow.

Male and biology are unknown.

Size:

Body length 1.6 mm. The new species is closely related to Paridris striaefrons Kozlov et Le, but it differs from the above species by the absence of longitudinal furrows on the frons, shorter longitudinal grooves, a short postmarginal vein, and the wrinkles on the 3rd tergite of the abdomen are in the form of a network.
