Female: Head transverse, with a width 1.6 times greater than its length. Vertex behind the ocelli not abruptly angled. Posterior ocelli near the compound eyes, the distance between them not exceeding the diameter of the ocelli. Frons not concave. Vertex and frons with small, granular texture. Temple wide, its width less than the width of the compound eye. Compound eye nearly round (12:10), its length greater than the length of the cheek. Cheek without a longitudinal groove. Cheek and temple with texture similar to that of the vertex. Antenna 12-segmented, clavate (club-shaped). Scape longer than wide by approximately 4 times and 4 times longer than the second antennal segment. Subsequent antennal segments shorter than the preceding segment; the 6th antennal segment wider than long. Segments 7 and 8 of equal length. Segments 9, 10, and 11 nearly equal in length. Segment 12 egg-shaped, longer than wide (Antennal club 6-segmented, the total length of the club segments is greater than their greatest width by 3 times and longer than the length of the scape).
Thorax slightly longer than wide (25:23). Anteriorly, the mesoscutum has a triangular scaphion, its posterior with a faint ridge. Netrion well-developed. Mesoscutum without a longitudinal groove. Texture on the mesoscutum and scutellum similar to that on the head. Metanotum narrow, with a small triangular projection in the middle posteriorly. Propodeum short, obscured by the triangular plate of the metanotum. Forewing 2.2 times longer than wide; marginal vein shorter than stigmal vein; postmarginal vein approximately 1.5 times longer than stigmal vein. Forewing hyaline (transparent), with 2 transverse brown bands, a narrow band in the middle of the wing, the second band wider than the first.
Abdomen 3 times longer than wide. The first and second abdominal tergites nearly equal in length; their width greater than their length. The third tergite longer and wider than the other tergites, its width generally exceeding its length by approximately 1.5 times. The subsequent tergites become shorter; the 7th tergite very small, difficult to see. The first tergite has longitudinal grooves. The remaining tergites have a texture similar to that of the mesothorax.
Body reddish-yellow. Compound eyes and ocelli dark brown. Antennae, from the scape to segment 7, yellow, the remaining segments dark brown. Two pale brown longitudinal stripes on the sides of the mesoscutum. The sides of the abdominal tergites with dark brown areas; the posterior corners of tergites 3 and 4 also with a dark brown area on each side; the remaining tergites dark brown. Legs yellow.
