Female: Head 1.5 times wider than long, slightly wider than the thorax. Vertex behind the posterior ocelli not abruptly angled. Posterior ocelli located a distance from the compound eye that is greater than three times the diameter of the ocellus. Postocular area broad. Frons anterior to the ocelli not concave. Temples, vertex, and frons with small, granular sculpture. Compound eyes small, nearly round (10:9), longer than the malar space (10:8). Compound eyes with short, dense hairs. Between the malar space and the base of the mandibles is an oval, iridescent yellow structure. The malar space below the compound eye has small, granular sculpture. Antennae 12-segmented, clavate. Scape longer than wide (3:1), 2 times longer than pedicel, and 2.3 times longer than the radicle. Pedicel longer than the third antennal segment. Subsequent segments gradually shorten. The 7th antennal segment is nearly as long as wide. Clava of 5 segments (missing in the specimen), the length of the claval segments longer than the scape and 3.5 times longer than the greatest width of the clava.
Thorax longer than wide (25:24). Mesoscutum with two long longitudinal grooves, with sculpture similar to that on the head. Scutellum round posteriorly, slightly swollen and smooth in the middle. Metathorax narrow. Propodeum slightly convex medially, oval, and smooth. Wings approximately 3 times longer than wide, postmarginal vein twice as long as the stigmal vein, and stigmal vein 3.5 times longer than the marginal vein.
Abdomen slightly narrower than the thorax, 1.6 times longer than wide. First tergite shorter than the second tergite (7:9), the second tergite is 1.7 times wider than long. The second tergite is 2 times wider than long. The third tergite is longer and wider than the other tergites, and 2 times wider than long. The fourth tergite is longer than the fifth tergite (5:4). The sixth tergite is small, the ovipositor slightly protruding.
Body dark brown. Head black. Thorax dark brown. Abdomen brown (the first abdominal segment paler than the following segments). Compound eyes black with a white surrounding border. Clava black, the remaining antennal segments yellowish-brown. Wing veins yellowish-brown. Legs yellow.
