Adult Chim

Generally resembles the Yellow-cheeked Parrot but is smaller in size, with a smaller head and beak, a darker lower mandible, and lacks the red markings on the wings. Eyes are pale yellow. Beak is red. Legs are gray or pale gray-green.

Distribution:

This parrot species is found in Assam, Bengal, Myanmar, Southern China, Thailand, and Vietnam. In Vietnam, it is relatively common in the forests of the Southeast region.
